Lots More "To-Do"

50 in 50; Day 2 of 365
Committing to the List

I am rushing to churn out my daily blog. I have a meeting about the show I'm decorating in 30 minutes, so this will have to be a quick one.

I bought a basketball backboard and stand today as well as a mini-basketball that I can palm.

I'm setting it up here at work and going to start at 8' and see how close I can get with the mini as well as a regulation size ball.

The "list" is now up to 17 items; only 33 "goals" to add to the list.

Three from Monday, two which are doable but quite lofty and may be pushed into the following year(s) goals; but why not aim high?

  1. Get nominated for an Academy Award
  2. Win an Academy Award
  3. Blog Everyday for 365 days starting now--July 10 2017

Hey here's one I didn't want to add to the list but it's looking more and more like a necessity . I have always had great eye-sight. Until around 6 months ago, maybe longer, but it really started becoming a problem bigger than a trip to the pharmacy for a pair of reading glasses.

18. See an eye-doctor

Here's a couple "baby step" to-do's to get to the big dunk.

19. Slam the mini-basketball on an 8' basket
20. Slam a regulation size basketball on a 8' basket
21. Slam the mini on a 10' basket

That was a quick 3.

22. Catch 100 lbs of flying carp on the Mississippi River

That was one of the one's a clever party goer added. After doing a little research on-line, it's more plausible than I thought.
